As the Covid Crisis demands continuous updates for the Lausanne prize, a new challenge for young artists has been launched by the organization through the Young Creation Award, a new competition for your choreographers. The candidates that a variant for a dancer, on a music chosen by the Prix de Lausanne, and in a video file by November 27. It will be a 5 choreography. Their choreographers and solo dancers are invited to come, free of charge, from February 3 to February 6, 2021, of the week of the 2021 competition, dove the work will be in front of the jury, partners and the public. The two choreographies won (voted by the Jury) will make of the contemporary repertoire of the Prix de Lausanne, from which the candidates of the 2022 edition is and perform.

Dancer Demian Vargas will assist the YCA finalists and their dancers during their time at the Prix de Lausanne. It will help them train and rehearse their choreography.
